The 2022 Trans New Hampshire Bike Ride (TNHBR) is returning to a 3-day format and will take place on June 24 – 26, 2022. Cycle from the Canadian border to the finish in Portsmouth, NH. Join in person and enjoy a fully supported event with rest stations, course support, and post ride hospitality, all benefiting the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Celebrating the 35th edition of the ride in 2022, the TNHBR ride will once again offer 1, 2 or 3-day ride options.
Please join for 3 days of cycling and celebrating MDA’s mission alongside the Professional Fire Fighters of New Hampshire and “Take the Fire Fighters Challenge”.

Participant Registration Options:
- 3-day: Transit north to the Canadian border on Thursday, June 23 and kick off your 3-day ride from the Canadian border on Friday, June 24 finishing in Portsmouth on Sunday June 26. Fundraising minimum for the 3-day ride is $1,000.
- 2-day: Join us in Lincoln, NH on Friday night, June 24 and then begin your ride with us on Saturday morning and finish in Portsmouth on Sunday, June 26. The fundraising minimum for the 2-day ride is $650.
- 1-day: Join us in Concord, NH on Saturday night, June 25 and then begin your ride on Sunday, June 26. Fundraising minimum for the one-day ride is $250. There will also be an out and back option for any who wish to start in Portsmouth rather than Concord.
The event will follow guidance from MDA, the CDC and the State of NH. All details are subject to change in the event conditions require.
