MDA 8-BALL TOURNAMENT

Registration/practice starts at 11:30 a.m.

Tournament starts at 12:00 noon sharp

Cost $25 per player 

Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
There will be a cash bar.

Trophies for 1^st and 2^nd place.
Raffle prizes, to include a pool cue will be at the event.

This years incentive raffle prize is a YETI - Tundra 65 Cooler
A plaque will be given to the "Top Fundraiser"

There will be an incentive raffle held for anyone that raised more than $75.00 for MDA. You do not need to play/be present in the tournament to participant in the incentive raffle. Anyone can be a part of this event. If playing in the tournament, the $25.00 entry fee will count towards your incentive raffle total. You can substantially increase your pledge amount by asking friends, family, co-workers, etc. to donate! Checks should be written out to MDA.

Registration forms and final payment/donations MUST be received by 
April 25, 2025
in order to play in the tournament or be in the incentive raffle.

Tournament will be scotch doubles. If you do not have a partner we can pair players up before the tournament. Elimination depends on number of players/teams registered.
