Registration starts at 11:30 a.m.

Tournament starts at 12:00 sharp

Cost is $25 per bowler or a 
Team of bowlers in the tournament $100
(If needed, we will combine single bowlers with another team)

This cost includes:

Two games of bowling w/shoes.
Two slices of pizza and one medium soft drink.

Trophies for 1^st and 2^nd individual high score series.

Registration forms and final payment MUST be received by

October 11, 2024

Tournament in open to the public.

All levels of bowler are encouraged to participate, from the league bowler to the beginner.
