| $2,500 Raising a collective $2,500 as a team by April 23rd gets your team name on the back of the 2025 MDA Muscle Walk of Illinois Participant Shirt. |
$5,000 Raising a collective $5,000 as a team by April 23rd will get you a 10x10 tent, banner with your team name, table, and four chairs for your team to use at the Muscle Walk to gather your teammates and celebrate. |

Be a top 3 Corporate/Community and Family team to be recognized on stage at the MDA Muscle Walk and awarded a medal for your dedication. |
MDA incentive gifts $250+ are based on the participant’s donations turned in by the deadline (two weeks post-event.) MDA reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value or to change the incentive program at any time. Redemption surveys must be completed within one week of receipt.
