Location: Forest Park Upper Muny Parking Lot - Festival and Parking Plaza
Event location can be most easily accessed from 1-64/40 Hwy (Hampton Ave Exit) or Forest Park Parkway.
Directions: Enter the park at Hampton Ave. At first round about take the first right onto Wells Dr. At the next round about take the third right onto McKinley Dr. Right on Union Dr. Left at Macklind Dr into parking lot.

All participants need to be registered to participate in the MDA Muscle Walk. Download the app for a seamless registration and check in!
Donations:
MDA Muscle Walk is going cashless! If you have any remaining cash donations, please send them to the address below & add them as offline donations to your Muscle Walk Dashboard. Checks can be turned in day of the event at the Registration tent, but we NOT will accept cash onsite.
