     • ​Shamrock Order Form - Order your Shamrocks here! The iconic MDA Shamrocks pinup program is one of the nation's largest St. Patrick's Day fundraisers. What started in a local pub more than 40 years ago has since grown to thousands of locations nationwide and has raised more than $346 million for MDA. When you support the MDA Shamrocks campaign, you’re helping to empower people we serve to live longer, more independent lives.

     • Summer Camp Pinup Order Form - Order your Summer Camp Pinups here! Our Summer Camp focused pinups provides children living with muscular dystrophy and related neuromuscular diseases the opportunity to stay connected and engaged at MDA Summer Camp at no cost to their family.

     • Holiday Pinups Order Form - Order your Holiday Pinups here! This holiday season make your move today for a better tomorrow for children and adults living with muscular dystrophy and related diseases. Selling Holiday Pinups is a great way to celebrate the holiday season by giving back to a good cause.

   • Host An Event

     • Host a golf, bowling, card, or cornhole tournament. Put on a pancake breakfast, a rib dinner, or a steak fry. The possibilities are endless. *All money raised at the event will be credited to the host branch.
       • Create an event page on Donor Drive. Use this page to sell tickets and collect online donations. For help getting started with your online event click here or reach out to NALC@mda.org. **Any funds raised online through MDA's hosted Donor Drive sites are the property of MDA and we are unable to distribute back to the fundraising NALC branch for expenses, reallocation of funds to a co-beneficiary, or for any other purpose.

3. Turn in your donation to MDA.

   • NALC Allocation Form - Please fill out and mail along with your MDA donation check. Please email to NALC@mdausa.org if you are depositing your check directly into MDA's bank account.
